Stress Management Session at SZABIST

Savaira conducted a stress management session at SZABIST University, aimed at empowering students with practical tools to navigate and conquer stress. Focused on experiential learning, the session was an engaging, interactive experience where participants delved into various coping strategies designed to effectively manage stress in their daily lives. From mindfulness practices to stress-relief exercises, the session offered a comprehensive toolkit to help students better handle and mitigate stress. This session was another step in providing holistic education, ensuring our students are well-prepared to face challenges with resilience and confidence. Furthermore, our initiative included offering Anxiety and Depression screenings that provided personalized insights to each participant. These screenings were designed to deliver customized guidance and support, addressing specific individual mental health needs.
