Savaira is on a mission to raise awareness about mental stigma, prevention, and provide quality care. They actively engage in initiating awareness sessions in academic institutions, addressing mental health concerns like stress management. Additionally, they conduct group therapy sessions at JPMC to advocate for and foster healing and learning, facilitating an individual to navigate in this society.

Savaira’s commitment extends to fostering the emotional well-being of students through the Parwaan program. Parwaan collaborates with schools to establish supportive and conducive environments, intertwining learning and healing altogether. The program provides essential training to teachers. Their emphasis is on identifying and early-intervening in any mental health concern, empowering teachers with appropriate counselling skills. The goal is to create an environment where students feel safe to express themselves, fostering support, love and understanding.

As we understand, teachers play a significant role in every child's mental health and education. Teachers are trained in effective classroom management with respect and understanding, ultimately enhancing overall emotional-wellbeing. This mission not only cares for students but also emphasises prioritising self-care practices and maintaining a healthy balance between personal and professional life for the teachers.
